Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within the U.S. in about 2 to 4 business days, and international orders typically take one to two weeks. Please note that these are estimates—carrier capacity and other factors can occasionally cause delays. We process and ship orders only on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once you place an order, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to prepare before it leaves our warehouse.

All orders are sent via an insured courier service with tracking, and as soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If an item happens to be out of stock, we’ll let you know right away. That may add a few days to your delivery, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are based on your order total: $19.90 for orders under $20, $4.90 for orders between $20 and $50, and free shipping for orders of $50 or more. For deliveries outside the U.S., please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
